Shipping Policy

You will receive an email confirmation for all orders once they are received.

• Delivery Charges:

  • Standard delivery charge is $20 per location per order.

  • Enjoy free delivery to one location on orders of $250 or more.

  • Self-pickup is not available.

• Delivery Options:

  • Same-day delivery is not available.

  • Next-day and specific day delivery options are available. Please email us with your order number and preferred delivery day.

• Contact Information:

  • Provide an accurate contact number so we can reach you if needed.

  • For gift orders, clearly indicate the correct contact number for us to reach you (not the recipient) to avoid mistakes.

  • A contact number for the recipient is required for all deliveries.

• Dispatch and Delivery:

  • After dispatch, you will receive a WhatsApp message.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, a re-delivery charge of $20 will apply.

  • Delivery times are between 10 AM and 5 PM.

  • Requests for specific delivery times are subject to approval and an additional charge of $20 may apply.
