While we strive to process and fulfill all orders and preorders, please be aware that our company reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

Shipment delays due to weather conditions, accidents, natural disasters, or port congestion.
Sudden death of perishable live plants due to pest infestation or adverse weather conditions.
Damage to products caused by road traffic accidents during delivery.
Accidental damage caused by the delivery agent during delivery.

In the event of an order cancellation, we will notify you promptly and offer the best possible alternatives to fulfill your order. If the proposed alternatives are not satisfactory, we will provide a full refund.

Purchasing and Payments

All sales are subject to our terms and conditions. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability. Online and offline invoices issued are considered void if not paid within 3 hours, unless otherwise stated in our email correspondence. We also reserve the right to reject orders from customers whose expectations we are unable to meet, or who are suspected of fraudulent activity or non-responsiveness.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, concerning our products and services. In no event shall A Tilly A Day be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use our products or services.
