Order Policy & Disclaimer

 

Order Fulfillment

We understand that every order and preorder is important to our customers and corporate clients.

While we strive to process and fulfill all orders and preorders, please be aware that our company reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Shipment delays due to weather conditions, accidents, natural disasters, or port congestion.

  • Sudden death of perishable live plants due to pest infestation or adverse weather conditions.

  • Damage to products caused by road traffic accidents during delivery.

  • Accidental damage caused by the delivery agent during delivery.

In the event of an order cancellation, we will notify you promptly and offer the best possible alternatives to fulfill your order. If the proposed alternatives are not satisfactory, we will provide a full refund.

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, due to variations in monitors, colors may differ slightly. All descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and may not be accurate or complete. We cannot guarantee that all information on this site is entirely accurate, complete, or current. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and may cancel orders if a pricing error is discovered.

Purchasing and Payments

All sales are subject to our terms and conditions. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability. Online and offline invoices issued are considered void if not paid within 3 hours, unless otherwise stated in our email correspondence. We also reserve the right to reject orders from customers whose expectations we are unable to meet, or who are suspected of fraudulent activity or non-responsiveness.

Limitation of Liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, concerning our products and services. In no event shall A Tilly A Day be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if A Tilly A Day has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of A Tilly A Day and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, please email us at info@atillyaday.com. A cancellation fee of 6% of the order amount will be deducted from your refund. For preorders, a cancellation fee of 50% of the order amount will apply. 

Returns and Refunds

Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase. Return and Refund for customised order and preorder is NOT permitted unless the product is defective.  We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product has been used, damaged, or does not meet our return criteria.

Return Policy for Live Plants & Products with Live Plants

We strive to ensure that your plants arrive healthy and in excellent condition. Because live plants are perishable and can be affected by environmental factors outside our control after delivery, we ask that you inspect your plant immediately upon receipt.

If you notice any issues or concerns with your plant, please report them to our customer service team via email at info@atillyaday.com OR WhatsApp at 84833660 within 12 hours of delivery. Include photos of the plant and its packaging. This 12-hour window is crucial because plants can deteriorate quickly if they are exposed to unfavorable conditions after arrival.

After the 12-hour period, we regret that we will be unable to offer returns, refunds, or replacements. This policy helps us ensure that any issues are due to shipping or handling and not improper care or environmental factors after the plant has been delivered.

 

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the health and quality of our plants.

Return Policy for Non-Plant Product

You may return non-plant products within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund. ​A cancellation fee of 6% of the returned product price will be deducted from the refund. If the product id defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us with photos of the product and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Condition of Return Items

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items that are returned damaged, used, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Refunds

Refund: If the item is returned in its original condition within the 7 day window, a refund with the cancellation fee (6% of the returned product price) deducted will be issued to your original method of payment or PayNow.

 

Exchanges

No Exchanges: Please note that products delivered are not eligible for exchange. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within the return window for a refund (with the cancellation fee deducted) and place a new order for a different product.

 

Shipping Costs

Company-Paid Shipping: We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Customer-Paid Shipping: If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, non defective product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Preorder Items: All preorder items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team via email at info@atillyaday.com or WhatsApp at 84833660 to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization.

Packaging: Please pack the item securely and include all original packaging and accessories. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the item arrives safely.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
